Hey, Evan.

I'm probably one of those people who kept telling you to see "Crash". I saw it four times while working at the cinema over the summer, I bought the DVD as soon as it came out, and I still haven't tired of it. Some audience members actually screamed during the gunshot scene - how's that for emotional effectiveness?

"Crash" has remained my favorite movie - by far - of 2005. The worst part is, "Brokeback Mountain" probably WILL win Best Picture. Too many critics decided that "Crash" was overblown, insincere, pointless, etc, and people are just silly enough to listen to what critics think.

So anyhow, I'm glad you finally saw it and at least we all know what the best picture of the year really was.
