Wait, ok, now they WILL ride the metro buses
I was surprised to read on Thursday that the school board has now reversed itself and WILL have students at some (additional) high schools ride the metro bus. This is a reversal of what they had decided on Wednesday (and I blogged about here).
Ok. Well. I thought it was a good idea when it was proposed, so it’s definitely still a good idea now that it’s been voted in too! I took the public bus when I was in middle-school and high-school, and it’s probably a big part of what has made me into a transit rider today.
